Inspiring a Lifelong Love of Wildlife
Creating meaningful connections between people and animals while supporting exceptional care, conservation, and education.
Conservation at Every Age
A connection with wildlife can begin at any age. For a child, it may be the excitement of meeting a giraffe for the very first time. For an adult, it may deepen a lifelong appreciation for animals and the natural world.
These moments create curiosity, understanding, and compassion — and help inspire people of every generation to care about wildlife and its future.

Building a Stronger Future for Wildlife
Brights Zoo Wildlife Foundation was created to strengthen the future of wildlife conservation, animal care, and education in Northeast Tennessee. By building on the experience, facilities, and educational opportunities of Brights Zoo, the Foundation helps connect people with wildlife while creating lasting support for conservation programs, responsible species management, and meaningful learning experiences for all ages.
Every gift helps expand what is possible — from conservation education and animal-care initiatives to future projects that protect wildlife and inspire the next generation to care for the natural world.
Brights Zoo is privately owned and operated. The zoo receives no government funding and has historically relied on admissions, gift shop sales, concessions, and the financial support of the Bright family to fund its operations.
Brights Zoo Wildlife Foundation was created to give individuals, businesses, and other supporters a tax-deductible way to help strengthen animal care, conservation, education, and future projects.
